Privacy policy
Last updated October 1, 2026
This policy explains how Minnesota Home Rental, Inc. ("we," "us") handles information collected through mnhomerental.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site, such as your name, email address, phone number, property details, rental preferences, and any message you write.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you asked about.
- To notify you about available homes, if you joined our waitlist.
- To prepare a rental market analysis, if you requested one.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox). They process information only as needed to provide those services.
Rental applications, tenant and owner portals, and property listings are provided by Propertyware. Information you enter there — for example on the online application — is governed by Propertyware's own privacy policy.
Links to other sites
This site links to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
