How do I view a home?
No appointment is needed to get started. Open any listing on our Available homes page and choose Contact Agent to request a showing, or call us at (651) 362-9191.
How do I submit an application?
Apply online through our secure portal. Screening fees are charged at actual cost (currently $25 per adult), and the background check takes 2–4 business days. Having recent pay stubs ready speeds up processing.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, with the owner's approval. Dogs and cats are allowed with a signed pet agreement. There is a $300 pet fee, plus $20 per pet per month added to rent.
Who qualifies to rent?
Owners weigh your rental history, employment history, and ability to pay more heavily than a credit score. See our full rental criteria.
What homes are available?
See our Available homes page. If nothing fits right now, join the waitlist and we'll email you when a matching home is listed.
Will bad credit disqualify me?
No. Your ability to pay matters more than your credit score.
I own a home I want to rent out. Can you help?
Yes. Start with a free market analysis, see our services and pricing, or list your property.
Do you accept Section 8?
We don't participate in the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program, which requires a separate housing-authority contract and inspection for each home. Other rental assistance paid toward your rent is accepted, and public assistance always counts as income. Every applicant is screened against the same published criteria.

What does your service cost?
Nothing. Our service is free to tenants.
