About Roseville

Roseville grew quickly through the 1930s and 1940s, before it incorporated as a village. Central Park, the city's largest park, includes Bennett Lake and the Harriet Alexander Nature Center, with boardwalks and trails through marsh and forest. The city is also home to Rosedale Center and is served by Roseville Area Schools (ISD 623).

Rental licensing in Roseville

Rental registration required

Roseville requires owners of rental properties with one to four units, including single-family homes and individually owned townhomes, to register with the city. Registrations expire 365 days after issuance and renew every year, late renewals carry a fee, and the registration certificate must be posted in the rental.

For the homes we manage, we take care of the city's licensing or registration steps and keep owners compliant as the rules change.

Rate lock: Sign a management agreement by December 31, 2026, and your monthly management fee for that home ($99 for your first home, $79 for each additional home) won't go up for as long as that agreement stays in effect. A vacancy doesn't end it. Cancelling the agreement or selling the home does.
