Property management in Shakopee
Shakopee sits on the Minnesota River and has been the Scott County seat since 1853. The city says the 1995 opening of the Bloomington Ferry Bridge set off a period of new business and residential growth, and new neighborhoods continue to appear across the city. We lease and manage single-family homes and townhomes here.

Rental licensing in Shakopee
Rental license required
Shakopee requires a rental license for all non-owner-occupied rental properties. A license is valid for 36 months with annual renewal, and every rental unit is inspected every three years; properties with recurring problems can be inspected more often or have the license revoked. Applicants must show proof that the current year's property taxes are paid and proof of hazard/fire and liability insurance.
For the homes we manage, we take care of the city's licensing or registration steps and keep owners compliant as the rules change.
